Truck Accident Attorney
Atlanta, GA

Katie Taylor is native to Georgia, growing up in Cobb County and attending Hillgrove High School. She attended Florida State University where she studied Criminology and Spanish. After receiving her undergraduate degree in 2013 from Florida State University, Ms. Taylor obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Atlanta John Marshall's School of Law in 2018.
Ms. Taylor began her law career working for a probate and estate planning law firm where she gained experience in drafting Wills and handling probate matters. She went on to gain additional experience in personal injury, representing clients on both the plaintiffs and insurance defense (with Liberty Mutual).
Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice in Georgia and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
She is Board-Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), a distinction held by only a select group of attorneys nationwide. This certification—developed in partnership with the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA)—recognizes her advanced expertise in commercial-vehicle crash litigation, FMCSA regulatory violations, and catastrophic trucking injury cases.
Ms. Taylor brings deep command of motor-carrier safety rules, hours-of-service violations, black-box (ECM) data analysis, negligent hiring/retention investigations, and complex multi-party liability. Her work positions the firm as a go-to referral partner for 18-wheeler and commercial-fleet crash cases that require high-stakes strategy, technical precision, and courtroom-ready execution.
Referring attorneys trust Katie Taylor with their most serious trucking cases because she delivers results with the combination of litigation expertise, regulatory fluency, and case-building sophistication required to go toe-to-toe with commercial carriers and their defense teams.
Behind every verdict and settlement is strategy, preparation, and relentless courtroom advocacy. Watch how we take on the giants — and then see the process we'll use to fight for you.
